什麼樣的食物最容易發胖?一般人可能會答:「當然是看起來油膩膩的食物!」其實
,某些常吃或看似低卡的食物,當中富含油脂,讓人不知不覺就把一堆的油、糖吃下
肚,最教人害怕。以下列舉的10種食物,正是生活中常見卻容易漠視的致肥兇手。

一份燒餅油條約450卡,再配上一杯豆漿,當作一頓早餐,吃下去就超過500卡,可是並
沒有特別的飽足感。台北市立聯合醫院中興院區營養師許雲卿說,現在有些早餐店推出
燒餅夾生菜,看起來健康又低卡,但燒餅是用油酥製成,就算用烤的,一個燒餅就有250
卡,再夾入生菜、淋上沙拉醬,全部加在一起也有300多卡的熱量。

蒟蒻是低卡食物,很多人減肥時拿來當零嘴,但因蒟蒻本身毫無味道,為了更可口,製
造商便加入很重的調味料,這些調味料都有熱量,不知情的人以為吃再多也無妨,卻毫
無警戒地掉入陷阱。此外,蒟蒻在製作過程中,會加入鹼水,使其凝固,因而偏鹼性
,若吃太多
,腸胃不好的人易脹氣。

街頭巷尾常有賣蔥油餅的小攤,平底鍋中加入一點點油,煎出一張張香噴噴的餅,看起來
油脂並不多,熱量卻高得嚇人。三軍總醫院家庭暨社區醫學部主治醫師祝年豐解釋,為使
煎出來的餅更香酥,在製作麵團時,便已揉進不少油脂,成為一般人易忽略的高熱量食物

現代人注重養生,坊間的麵包蛋糕店也順應趨勢,推出黑糖麵包、地瓜餐包等新口味,雖
然加入一些健康元素,消費者購買、食用這類麵包、蛋糕後,常會忘記它們仍富含澱粉,
屬於主食,也忽略其中的油脂含量。因此,並非吃得多,就對身體有好處。

這是一道讓人難以拒絕的美食,濃湯喝起來滑口,酥皮又香又脆,是很多餐廳必備的餐前
湯。不過,它也是易發胖的美味陷阱,濃湯是用奶油把麵粉炒香後再熬煮而成,酥皮也是
以一層層的油酥製成,儘管口感不油膩,油脂量卻極高。

喜慶宴會中,常有一道高級料理——魚翅羹,由於難得吃到,當面前有一鍋魚翅羹,怎麼
能放棄?但羹類熱量原本就高(5克太白粉就有20卡熱量),且為了讓無味的魚翅入味,
會加入不少調味,造就高級又高熱量的魚翅羹,即使是一小碗也不可小覷。

很多主婦以為深海魚是健康食品,因其富含不飽和脂肪酸,可以增加好的膽固醇,好處說
不盡,應該多吃一些。然而,深海魚也富含油脂,尤其切片的魚肉,買回來後煎一煎,感
覺上既健康又美味,其實也吃下不少看不見的油脂。

不要被它的名稱矇騙了,「水煎包」並非用水煎成,而是油煎,所以包子的底層已吸飽了
油,下肚後怎麼不肥!同類型的煎餃或鍋貼也一樣,要減肥的人還是少吃為妙。

光一個鍋底就有2000卡的熱量,為引出麻、辣的口感,總見湯底浮著厚厚一層油,堪稱火
鍋熱量之王。也許你以為不喝湯,就不會喝進那層油,但在鍋中燙青菜、煮麵時,青菜及
麵會吸收油脂,還是會吃進體內。此外,很多人喜歡用沙茶醬當火鍋沾醬,這也是高熱量
的調味量,一湯匙就約有100卡,相當驚人!

酒類熱量非常高,以酒精濃度7%的啤酒為例,每100CC就約有50卡的熱量,相當於1/4碗

也有些人喜歡在睡前小酌一番,較注重生活品味的人,大多會選擇紅酒。一般酒精濃
度13%的紅酒,100CC就有90卡的熱量,喝完便準備上床睡覺,難怪啤酒肚會不斷
